The ProFlex program is a versatile option designed for multiple uses for DSPs.
Bulk purchases:
The ProFlex program can be used for bulk purchases, where you are able to pay for half of the devices on installment of $10 per month for 12 months, unless otherwise advertised.
OPEX accounting tool for future hardware needs:
As a subscription for services, with a device benefit built-in, this program can be used as an OPEX budget vehicle for hassle-free purchases in the future, which are inevitable.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE WHEN YOU ACTIVATE YOUR PROFLEX SUBSCRIPTION
Samsung: We buy the previous model year's A series Samsung, certified to work and in like-new condition on the prevailing lowest cost BYOD Unlimited plan from AT&T. You pay monthly for our service bundle for 12 months and we'll send your device out as soon as the same day or whenever you ramp up for the next busy season - whenever you wish to receive it.
Moto G (various): We buy Moto G 5G devices from 2023 to 2025, depending on market availability. All are certified OEM grade in 'like new' condition and will be provided with the prevailing lowest cost BYOD Unlimited plan from AT&T.
HelpDesk: Access to our award winning helpdesk Monday through Friday from 6:30 - 5:00 PM Pacific Time plus after hours support.
Mobile Device Management administration: With Knox Manage, you can lock down your devices with the apps you need and have them automatically provision with minimal effort. We can manage this process for you and help with day-to-day maintenance, such as locating and locking down lost devices, verifying inventory or usage, etc.
Deployment Depot: Staging devices so that they are ready for drivers is something we can help with. Adding cases, screen protectors and making sure the right apps are ready to go is time you do not need to spend.

What happens if I forget to use my device credit after the year is up?
While the payment term is monthly over 12 months, your device credit will remain. We will frequently audit balances and send reminders to anyone who has a credit available.
AT&T® SERVICE PLAN
The AT&T service plan will be the lowest available BYOD plan offer provided by AT&T at the time you decide to execute your installment-paid purchase.
How is ProFlex billed?
You will pay $10 (or prevailing promotional rate) for twelve months as an EFT or credit card subscription. You have two years to execute your device purchase. Monthly invoices are designed to serve as reminders in the first year. Thereafter you will be sent periodic reminders of your pre-bought device benefit.
What if I don't make a payment?
If you stop making payments, we will continue to invoice through the 12-month period, allowing you to catch up on any amounts owed. Once the 12 months are up, the balance will be referred to collections. If you are delinquent and have not yet requested a device, your balance will need to be paid up to that point of the subscription before we send it out.
Is there an Autopay option?
Yes, certainly. Your first invoice will have an Autopay option, which will simply debit your payment method each month until the end of the term. See below for instructions:
How to Set Up Automatic Payments for Your Monthly Invoices
To make things easier, you can have your invoices automatically paid each month using your preferred payment method. Here’s how:

Open your first invoice email from us.

Click the “Pay now” button.

Choose your payment method (credit/debit card or bank debit)

Select “Set up automatic payments”

Enter your details and confirm.
That’s it! Once you’ve set this up, each monthly invoice will be:

Automatically issued to you, and
-
Automatically paid from your saved payment method.
The plan runs for 12 months and will end automatically — no need to cancel.
